Aster House is a concept homepage for a design-led Mediterranean retreat, created to explore how editorial art direction can transform a hospitality website into an immersive travel experience. The interface combines oversized serif typography, warm natural tones and cinematic analog-inspired imagery with an intentionally asymmetric yet controlled layout. Accommodation, food, wellness and local experiences unfold through responsive compositions, horizontal storytelling and subtle scroll interactions. Built from scratch in semantic HTML, modern CSS and lightweight JavaScript, the project includes accessible navigation, keyboard-friendly controls, reduced-motion support and optimized WebP assets. Every breakpoint was considered individually to preserve the atmosphere and visual hierarchy across desktop, tablet and mobile.
