Digital Release Cover

For artists and labels who need one square cover for a digital music release.

  • A release brief covering the music, audience and visual references.
  • An agreed creative direction for the artwork and typography.
  • Refinement of one selected cover within the agreed revision rounds.
  • Checks of the artwork and any release text at thumbnail size.
  • Final RGB JPG and PNG files to your distributor's supplied specifications.
  • An organized editable source file, with its format agreed before work begins.
  • A short handover note identifying the final release files.

Physical packaging, animated artwork and promotional adaptations are not included in this option.

02 / One release across digital and physical formats

Digital + Print Cover

For a release that also needs one simple vinyl sleeve or CD cover layout, defined in the brief.

  • All agreed Digital Release Cover deliverables, including the editable source file.
  • Adaptation of the approved artwork to one agreed physical format.
  • Front, back and spine panels where required by the selected template.
  • Layout of your approved track list, credits and supplied barcode.
  • Bleed and safe areas set from the manufacturer's supplied template.
  • Print-ready PDF files to the agreed production specifications.
  • Organized digital and print source files with essential handover notes.

The quote specifies the format and panels. Booklets, gatefolds, disc or vinyl labels and extra formats are quoted separately.

06 / A few practical details

Common Questions

Do you design artwork for singles and EPs as well as albums?

Yes. Each quote covers one agreed release: a single, EP or album. Share the music, release details, visual references and distribution requirements so the scope can be defined.

What files will I receive?

You receive the agreed RGB JPG and PNG digital exports and an editable source file in the format agreed upfront. The print option adds production PDFs and editable files for the specified physical layout. Third-party fonts and assets are supplied only where their licences allow redistribution.

Are the displayed prices fixed?

No. They are indicative, non-binding USD ranges. Artwork complexity, source material, formats, panels and revision rounds shape the final quote. Additional assets, licences and adaptations are agreed separately.

What is included in a physical release adaptation?

The second option covers one simple vinyl sleeve or CD cover layout using the manufacturer’s template. The quote names the panels included. Booklets, gatefolds, labels, manufacturing, distribution and promotional assets are not automatically included.
