A confirmed trim size, paper specification, final page count and printer template are needed before print delivery.

Interior typesetting, editing, ISBN purchase, printing and publishing are not included. Original illustration, photography, stock imagery, additional editions, hardbacks and dust jackets are assessed and quoted separately. Supplied text and imagery need to be approved and cleared for the intended use.

All ranges are in USD, indicative and non-binding. Artwork complexity, image sourcing, available materials, the number of formats and revision rounds affect the final quote. What to Prepare for Your Cover Brief

The story and the reader

Share the title, author name, synopsis, genre, intended audience and a few visual references. Include approved cover copy and any imagery you want to use.

The publishing format

Tell me which ebook platform or printer you plan to use and your target date. For print, include the trim size, paper type, final page count, template and barcode when available.

Common Questions

Can you design both an ebook and a print cover?

Yes. The second option includes an ebook front and one matching paperback wrap. Print delivery requires the final page count, trim size, paper specification, approved copy and printer template. Other formats are quoted separately.

What files will I receive?

You receive RGB JPG and PNG ebook exports and an editable source file in the format agreed upfront. The print option also includes the matching print-ready PDF and editable print source. Third-party fonts and assets are supplied only where their licences allow redistribution.

Are the displayed prices fixed?

No. They are indicative, non-binding USD ranges. The quote depends on the creative direction, available materials, formats and revisions. Additional image creation, licences or editions are agreed separately.

Does this include interior layout, printing or publishing?

No. This service covers the agreed cover design and file preparation. Interior typesetting, editing, printing and publishing are not included. You or your publisher arrange production and approve any printer proof.
